Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to inhibit slanting of a rotational component, and to achieve a consistent frictional force during rotation. A butt (241) serving as a rotational component is axially supported, on a butt flange (213) serving as a support member, by a shaft-support part (A101). Support pieces (140A, 140B) of the butt flange (213) are provided so as to face each other and extend in a two-pronged-fork shape. Concentric fitting holes (140a) are formed in each of the support pieces (140A, 140B). In each shaft receiving member (130): a shaft part (131) is provided protruding, towards one side, from a brim part (132); and a shaft-receiving hole (133) is formed so as to pass through the shaft receiving member (130). The shaft parts (131) are respectively fitted by being inserted, from an inner side, into the fitting hole (140a) of each of the support pieces (140). The brim parts (132) are positioned at mutually opposing inner sides of the support pieces (140). The rotational shaft (141) of the butt (241) is inserted into the shaft receiving holes (133). The rotational shaft (141) rotates with respect to the shaft-receiving holes (133), thereby substantially enabling the butt (241) to rotate freely with respect to the butt flange (213). The brim parts (132) are located between the butt (241) and each of the support pieces.
