Abstract:
A sheet type mat (1) which is adapted to absorb the sweat coming out of a user's body and the moisture contained in the underwear and bedclothes, and which is capable of providing a comfortable resting environment. This sheet type mat (1) is obtained by partioning the interior of a mat cover (7, 30) into a plurality of bag type spaces, and inserting bagged desiccants (6) into these bag type spaces. These bagged desiccants (6) may be substituted by desiccant sheets (12, 40).
