Title:
SHOT PROCESS APPARATUS
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2012/086255
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[Problem] To improve durability of an apron conveyor. [Solution] A shot process apparatus (10) is provided with: a plurality of rotating shaft members (18 to 20) disposed in parallel with each other; an apron conveyor (24) including a caterpillar (48) having a plurality of caterpillar constituting members (52) arranged in a ring, the apron conveyor (24) being extended across the plurality of rotating shaft members (18 to 20) such that a deflection portion (70) is formed in the caterpillar (48) between a pair of the rotating shaft members (18, 19) which is deflected downward in a vertical direction; and a projection unit (26) that projects a projection material against a work placed on the deflection portion (70). In this structure, each of the plurality of caterpillar constituting members (52) can be ruggedly constructed, so that, when compared to the case of using a rubber belt for the apron conveyor (24), for example, improved durability of the apron conveyor (24) can be obtained.
