Abstract:
Disclosed is a side panel structure for a file cabinet, comprising a side panel main body (1); the left and right sides of the side panel main body are respectively bent and have a left and a right side panel seal tubes (2, 3); the middle of the side panel main body is bent and has raised a protrusion (4); the lower side of the side panel main body is bent and formed with an inward folding edge (5); the inward folding edge and the outer edges of the left and right side panels do not contact the seal. The side panel structure is formed by stamping and bending one panel instead of splicing several panels, therefore has fewer steps and a simpler process. The side panel structure can be sleeved on the file cabinet after being formed, thus reducing the installation holes required to be drilled, and improving the strength of the whole panel.
