Abstract:
A signal processing apparatus is characterized by comprising: a level limitation unit that performs a level limitation of an input signal; a charging/discharging element that is supplied with a predetermined charge and holds the charge; and a setting unit that sets an attenuation factor of the level limitation unit in accordance with an integrated value of the charge supplied to the charging/discharging element and of a consumed charge calculated from the level of the input signal after the level limitation unit performs the level limitation.
