Abstract:
The present invention provides a silver coating composition which exhibits excellent electrical conductivity (a low resistance value) as a result of being baked at a low temperature for a short time, and excellent fine line drawing properties, and which is suitable for use in intaglio offset printing. The silver particle coating composition includes: silver nanoparticles (N) which have had the surfaces thereof coated with a protective agent including an aliphatic hydrocarbon amine; a surface-energy adjustment agent; and a dispersion solvent. The surface-energy adjustment agent may be selected from the group consisting of silicon-based surface-energy adjustment agents and acrylic surface-energy adjustment agents. It is preferable that the coating composition further include silver microparticles (M). The silver particle coating composition is suitable for use in intaglio offset printing.
