Abstract:
Provided in the present application is a preparation method for silver powder. The preparation method comprises the following steps: causing a silver ingot to react with nitric acid to obtain an aqueous solution of silver nitrate; and adding a reducing agent and a dispersing agent into the aqueous solution of silver nitrate for a reaction, and filtering same to obtain silver powder, the aqueous solution of silver nitrate containing excess nitric acid, and the mass ratio of the excess nitric acid to silver ions in the silver nitrate being less than or equal to 25%. The present application further provides silver powder prepared by means of the preparation method. In the present application, the silver ingot is dissolved with the excess nitric acid, and then the silver powder is prepared by means of the aqueous solution of silver nitrate containing excess nitric acid, avoiding the use of high-priced silver nitrate crystals and thus saving cost. On the other hand, the silver powder prepared in the present application has uniform particle size distribution, thus satisfying the use for solar cell paste.
