Abstract:
The present invention relates to a sleep eye mask having adjustable transmittance. The sleep eye mask includes an eye cover for covering a user's eyes, by which: light transmittance can be adjusted to prevent side effects such as glare or headaches due to strong light caused during the process of taking off the sleep eye mask; and the sleep eye mask can be worn in a state where light transmittance is adjusted according to user's preference. The eye cover includes multiple covers formed to overlap each other while being attachable to or detachable from each other.
