Disclosed in the present application are a sleep scheduling method and device. The method can be used in a distributed system which comprises a first device, a second device and a third device. The method comprises: a first device determining, according to first scenario information, that a first service is coming, generating second sleep wakeup information according to the first scenario information and first sleep wakeup information, and updating the second sleep wakeup information into a sleep wakeup scheduling table, wherein the first sleep wakeup information is used for indicating a sleep wakeup condition of the first device in each time slice within the current sleep scheduling period, and the second sleep wakeup information is used for indicating a sleep wakeup condition, which needs to be met when the first device performs services comprising a first service, in each time slice within the sleep scheduling period. In the present application, when various devices perform service transceiving on the basis of a sleep wakeup scheduling table, while not affecting the normal service interaction of the devices, power consumption of the devices can be reduced to the greatest extent.
