Disclosed in the present invention are a smart household control method, device and system. The method comprises: receiving a first operation instruction that is sent by a first terminal and that is used for instructing to perform a first operation on an operation object; obtaining a permission level of the first terminal corresponding to the operation object according to a correspondence between terminal identification codes and permission levels on operation objects in a database; determining whether a second operation instruction that is sent by a second terminal and that is used for instructing to perform a second operation on the operation object is received and responded from a time point T1 to a time point T0; when the determining result is yes, comparing the permission level of the first terminal corresponding to the operation object with a permission level of the second terminal corresponding to the operation object; and if the permission level of the first terminal corresponding to the operation object is higher, responding to the first operation instruction. By means of the method, disorder of control on smart household devices can be avoided, and a user terminal hierarchically manages the smart household devices, thereby improving user experience.
