The buffer layer is formed to have a structure curved in multi-steps to form laterally extending through holes in a state where the buffer layer has been attached to the base layer. Further, the shoe includes an insertion part formed in a state that an edge band has been adhered along an edge of the lower end of the upper when the base layer has been adhered to the lower end of the upper.
