Abstract:
A soft capsule packaging machine comprises a pair of die rolls (6, 6') for pressing formed wrappings, a material metering feeding device with respect to each die rolls and a wedge heater (16, 16a-d) between the pair of die rolls, a packaging film feeding device for conveying to each die rolls the packaging films (A, B) which are used to form the shell of the capsule, a diaphragm feeding device for conveying the diaphragm (C) which is used to form separate cells. This machine can produce an integrated capsule having a plurality of closed cells spaced each other for filling different materials and can be used for the package of drug, cosmetic and food.
