Abstract:
Provided is a sound production device, comprising a frame, a vibration system and a magnetic circuit system for driving the vibration system to vibrate to produce sound, the vibration system and the magnetic circuit system being fixed to the frame. The magnetic circuit system is provided with a magnetic gap. The vibration system comprises a vibrating diaphragm fixed to the frame, a framework fixed to the vibrating diaphragm, and a voice coil inserted into the magnetic gap and connected to the framework. The framework comprises a bottom wall fixed to the vibrating diaphragm and provided with a pair of long shaft portions and a pair of short shaft portions, and a pair of side walls bending and extending towards the magnetic circuit system from outer edges of the pair of the short shaft portions of the bottom wall. An opening portion is provided in the side of each side wall that is close to a long shaft portion, and is provided with a first through hole. The vibrating diaphragm is connected to the opening portion and is partially accommodated in the first through hole. According to the sound production device, the underflow of the material of the vibrating diaphragm during a forming process can be effectively ameliorated, such that the connecting positions between the side walls and elastic conductive members cannot be contaminated, and therefore, the risk of the side walls and the elastic conductive members not being stably glued is reduced.
