Abstract:
The present application relates to a special-shaped part machining mold, a design method, and an assembly method. The design method comprises: constructing a multi-layer combined mold according to parameters required by special-shaped part machining; analyzing equivalent stress distribution after the mold is assembled, selecting some of equivalent stress evaluation points, performing equal-strength simulation, and obtaining compression sleeve ratio change curves circumferentially distributed at mold fitting surfaces; according to the compression sleeve ratio change curves circumferentially distributed at the mold fitting surfaces, obtaining curve changes at different circumferential positions of the mold, so as to design a new mold; determining whether the new mold has uneven stress distribution; if yes, repeatedly analyzing the equivalent stress distribution after the mold is assembled; and if not, completing the design of the mold. According to the special-shaped part machining mold, the design method, and the assembly method, stress concentration and breakage of molds are avoided, and the problem of uneven circumferential stress distribution at mold fitting surfaces is solved, so that the service life of molds is longer.
