Abstract:
Disclosed are spectacles for inhibiting the progress of myopia, the spectacles comprising a frame (10) and temples. Each of the temples comprises a first leg piece (19) and a second leg piece (21), wherein the second leg piece (21) is connected between the frame (10) and the first leg piece (19), and the second leg piece (21) may make a telescopic movement relative to the first leg piece (19), such that the relationship between a primary position and a secondary position of the frame (10) after same is extended by means of movement relative to eyeballs is (100, 200) is P2=P1/(1-d2PI), wherein P1 is the actual power of a lens at the primary position, P2 is the effective power of the lens at the secondary position, d2 is the distance between the primary position and the secondary position, and the condition 0＜d2＜60mm is met. By means of the telescopic manner, comfortable and safe adjustment of the degree of myopia is achieved on a pair of spectacles, same are simple and easy to use, and the cost is low.
