Abstract:
The present invention relates to a spectrally selective thermal radiator and a design method therefor. The spectrally selective thermal radiator of the present invention is a one-dimensional layered structure, and comprises a first layer, a second layer, and a third layer that are arranged in sequence; the first layer and the third layer are both hafnium oxide layers; the second layer is a hafnium oxide layer on which a plurality of erbium oxide nanoparticles are distributed. The thermal radiator designed in the present invention is a material-type spectrally selective thermal radiator and has selective emissivity. Compared with a conventional structural thermal radiator, the material-type thermal radiator has high thermal stability and no oxidation, and can fundamentally eliminate the high temperature regression problem of the structural thermal radiator. The present invention has the characteristics of accuracy and high efficiency, and can comprehensively reveal the law of the spectral emission characteristics of the material-type selective thermal radiator having hafnium oxide doped with erbium oxide particles changing with an erbium oxide doping amount and an erbium oxide doped particle size, and lay the foundation for the practical application of a high temperature selective radiator.
