Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of preparation of adhesives, and disclosed are a starch-based particle board adhesive capable of being quickly cured at a high temperature, and a preparation method therefor. In the present invention, a crosslinking monomer that does not self-crosslink in a reaction process is selected and used to ensure the low viscosity of a starch adhesive, and before use, a binary crosslinking agent matching the crosslinking monomer is added and crosslinks rapidly with the crosslinking monomer at a high temperature to ensure good thermosetting properties and water resistance, and a fast curing speed of the starch adhesive is ensured, such that the requirements of the particle board adhesive are met, the problem of long curing time of previous starch adhesives under a high temperature is solved, the curing time of the starch adhesive is further reduced and reduced to about 60s, and the production efficiency of particle boards is improved. All the properties of a prepared particle board meet the performance requirements of GB/T 4897-2015 particle board, and the particle board can be soaked in water at 20℃ for 2 hours without disintegration, has a thickness swelling rate of water absorption being 7% and good water resistance, and can be widely applied to thermocompression bonding of particle boards, plywood, fiberboards, and wooden blocks.
