A steering fixing head (110), a catheter steering traction mechanism (100), a steering device and an endoscope (10). The steering fixing head (110) is provided with a positioning hole (113) and a fixing portion (114), the fixing portion (114) is located outside the positioning hole (113), at least part of the fixing portion (114) and the positioning hole (113) have a spacing therebetween in a preset direction, and an included angle is formed between the preset direction and an extension direction of the positioning hole (113); the positioning hole (113) is configured to allow a traction cable (120) to penetrate therethrough, and the fixing portion (114) is configured to be connected to a proximal end of the traction cable (120) penetrating through the positioning hole (113). The catheter steering traction mechanism (100) comprises the steering fixing head (110). The steering device comprises the steering fixing head (110) or the catheter steering traction mechanism (100). The endoscope (10) comprises the steering device. The connection structure between the steering fixing head (110) and the traction cable (120) is firm and reliable, and the two are not easy to loosen or disengage, and the steering device has high reliability.
