Abstract:
[Problem] To stably support an opening/closing body, in a storage device having the opening/closing body which is rotatable around a moving rotational axis. [Solution] A cup holder (1) having a box-shaped case (3) having an opening (2), and a lid (4) that opens and closes the opening. The cup holder has: a guide groove (34) extending along a prescribed straight line (B), in a side cover (30); a slider (35) supported by the guide groove so as to be linearly slideable; an arm (19) extending from the lid, rotatably supported around a prescribed axis line (A) by the slider, and comprising a first arm gear (24) having the axis line (A) as the center thereof; and a rack (46) on the side cover extending parallel to the straight line (B), and to which the first arm gear meshes. The cup holder is configured such that when the lid rotates around the axis line (A) relative to the case, the lid moves along the straight line (B) together with the slider, by the meshing of the first arm gear and the rack.
