Abstract:
Novel sulphur containing compounds of the formula RSSCH3, wherein R is pyridine, phenylamine or pynmidine, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof are disclosed, which have utility as anti-proliferative agents against mammalian cells. The invention provides a method for synthesizing the sulphur-containing compounds.
