Abstract:
A support fabric, double-layer webbing containing the support fabric, and manufacture and an application thereof. Components of the support fabric and mass percent of the components in the support fabric are as follows: thermal fuse: 1-97%; an elastic fiber 1-97%; any one or a combination of a synthetic fiber and a natural fiber: 1-97%. The support fabric and the double-layer webbing are manufactured into greige cloth by means of a weaving process, and during a dyeing and finishing process, the greige cloth is subjected to a steam box shaping stage for continuous pad dyeing, or a heat preservation stage for dip dyeing, so that the thermal fuse in the support fabric is fully fused; then a cold rinse bank washing stage for continuous pad dyeing, or a washing stage for dip dyeing, is carried out to solidify the thermal fuse with fibers in the support fabric, thereby achieving a good support and body-shaping function.
