Abstract:
The present invention is provided with: a distance measurement unit (2) that emits distance measurement light (21) and receives reflected distance measurement light (22) from an object under measurement to measure distance; an optical axis deflection unit (9) that is provided on a reference optical axis of the distance measurement unit and that deflects the distance measurement light; an optical axis motor driver (8) that drives the optical axis deflection unit; an attitude detection device (6); a measurement direction detection unit (7) for detecting the direction of emission of the distance measurement light with respect to the reference optical axis; a storage unit (5); and a computation control unit (4) for performing synchronous control of the distance measurement unit, the attitude detection device, and the optical axis deflection unit. The optical axis defection unit is provided with a pair of disc prisms (17, 18) constituted from optical prisms. The computation control unit is configured to drive the optical axis deflection unit via the optical axis deflection motor driver, and scan the distance measurement light at a prescribed scan pattern as well as rotate one of the disc prisms in reverse with respect to the other disc prism so as to prevent the Coriolis force from acting.
