Abstract:
A suspension assembly of a trailer, the suspension assembly comprising a support (20), an intermediate support (10), a connecting support (30), a balance beam (60), an axle (40), a steel plate spring (50) and a connecting rod (70), wherein the support (20), the intermediate support (10) and the connecting support (30) are all fixed to the frame of the trailer, and the connecting support (30) is located between the intermediate support (10) and the support (20); a middle portion of the balance beam (60) is pivoted on the intermediate support (10), with one end of the balance beam forming a swing end; the axle (40) is fixed to a middle portion of the steel plate spring (50), one end of the steel plate spring (50) is connected to the support (20), the other end of the steel plate spring is connected to the swing end of the balance beam (60) in a penetrating manner, and the other end of the steel plate spring (50) is in vertical floating fit with the swing end of the balance beam (60); and one end of the connecting rod (70) is hinged to the axle (40), the other end of the connecting rod is hinged to the connecting support (30), a limiting surface (71) is formed on an upper surface of the connecting rod (70), a limiting portion (80) is provided on the frame of the trailer, and the swing end swings between the limiting surface and the limiting portion. By means of the trailer assembly, the swing amplitude of the balance beam is reduced, the steel plate spring is prevented from being separated from the swing end of the balance beam, and the length of the connecting rod is shortened, so that the connecting rod is less prone to deformation. A trailer is further comprised.
