Abstract:
A system and method for assisting a cutting fluid in permeating into a cutting area. The system comprises: a blade (1), wherein a nano texture (11) extending in a direction perpendicular to a main cutting edge is provided on a rake face or a flank face of the blade; a cutting fluid, which is a water-based cutting fluid having an electro-osmotic characteristic, wherein the water-based cutting fluid having an electro-osmotic characteristic is prepared by means of dissolving, in deionized water, a zwitterionic surfactant with a molecule containing one cationic group and two anionic groups; and a magnetic field generation apparatus, which comprises a coil (21) connected to an external power source. Further comprised are a preparation method for a blade, a preparation method for a cutting fluid, and a method for assisting a cutting fluid in permeating into a cutting area. A nano capillary channel, which can be quantitatively represented, adjusted and controlled, is provided by means of nano-texturing on a surface of a blade, and by utilizing an electro-osmotic effect caused by a self-excited electric field of a friction interface in a cutting area, an external magnetic field at a certain angle relative to the self-excited electric field acts on the cutting area, such that the Lorentz force generated by the interaction between the electric field and the magnetic field is introduced to drive a cutting fluid to permeate into the cutting area, thereby solving the problem whereby the cutting fluid cannot efficiently permeate in a nano-scale space of a cutting contact area.
