Abstract:
A system and method for determining the critical suspension rotating speed of an agitator arm in a solid-liquid two-phase stirring kettle, relating to the technical field of critical rotating speed determination. By establishing the relationship between a measurement electrode voltage and a solid-liquid suspension state, the problem of strong subjectivity and large deviation caused by determining the critical suspension rotating speed by currently relying on an empirical formula and human eye observation is solved; an electrode-voltage ratio serving as a determination standard is only related to the spatial density of solid particles in a liquid phase.
