Abstract:
A system is provided with a first obtaining unit (12) which, when a failure occurs in the system, obtains via a first route the failure information held by the devices (20, 30, 31, 32, 80, 81) which are connected to a first handling unit and a second handling unit via the first route and a second route respectively, a second obtaining unit (41) which obtains the failure information via the second route when the failure information cannot be obtained by the first obtaining unit, a second failure location estimation unit (42) for estimating a failure causing location on the basis of the failure information obtained by the second obtaining unit, an identification unit (16) for identifying a subject using the failure location estimated by the second failure location estimation unit, and a termination unit (17) for terminating the subject identified by the identification unit.
