Abstract:
The present invention provides a system for manufacturing a microwave molded shoe, comprising: at least one mold having a shoe shape space; a shoe last provided in the shoe shape space and cladded by a vamp; a sole base material provided in the shoe shape space and comprising a plurality of foam particles; a loading and unloading unit configured to load the shoe last and the sole base material in the mold or unload a microwave molded shoe; a locking unit configured to lock the mold; a microwave unit configured to microwave the sole base material to form the microwave molded shoe; an unlocking unit configured to unlock the mold; and a conveyor belt configured to move the mold such that the mold is shuttled between the loading and unloading unit, the locking unit, the microwave unit, and the unlocking unit.
