The present invention relates to a conscious sedation endoscopy system-related technology and, more particularly, to a system for monitoring and diagnosing a sleep-disordered breathing and a method for monitoring and diagnosing sleep-disordered breathing, the system and method being capable of increasing reliability of a test by performing conscious sedation endoscopy while changing, in a predetermined order, a body position of a patient so as to examine sleep-disordered breathing.
