Abstract:
The invention provides a system protection control method for the hybrid power automobiles. The method includes: determining if the high voltage battery is over-charged, if the high voltage battery is over-discharged, if the high voltage battery, the inverter or the motor/generator is over-heated, and if the motor/generator is over-speed; when any one or multiple of the signals of the motor/generator off-work request, the high voltage battery off-work request, and the DC-DC inverter off-work request is determined to be activated according to the above four determinations, activating the corresponding off-work request signal, and shutting down the corresponding elements. In this method, multiple off-work request signals are controlled according to the charge state SOC, the balance point of the SOC work field of the high voltage battery, the state of generator and the maximum charge power , the temperature of the battery, the temperature of the motor and the temperature of the inverter et al. recommended by the battery controller. The protection of avoiding over-charge, over-discharge, over-heat of the battery and the motor torque protection of avoiding over-speed will be realized.
