Abstract:
With respect to a tactile sensation presentation touch panel which detects the position touched by a finger, a pen, etc., and presents a tactile sensation, the purpose of the present invention is to improve the tactile sensation presentation function while ensuring position detection sensitivity. The present invention comprises: detection electrodes; a first dielectric layer which covers the detection electrodes; tactile sensation electrodes which are arrayed so as not to overlap with the detection electrodes in plan view; and a second dielectric layer which covers the tactile sensation electrodes. The dielectric constant of the second dielectric layer is made greater than the dielectric constant of the first dielectric layer. Thus, noise propagation can be suppressed and position detection sensitivity ensured even if tactile sensation presentation intensity is increased.
