Abstract:
A target object tracking method and a gimbal. The gimbal comprises: a support assembly, comprising at least two relatively movable support components, the support assembly being used for supporting a load; and at least two motors, respectively used for driving the corresponding support components to move so as to adjust the posture of the load. The gimbal has at least two tracking modes, and in the at least two tracking modes, the numbers of motors which can respectively drive the support components to move along with a change in the position of a target object within a sensing range of the load are different, so as to track the target object in different dimensional directions.
