The device comprises a base (1); a sliding groove (11) is dug in an upper end of the base (1); a blocking plate (2) is fixedly connected to the upper end of the base (1); C-shaped rings (5) are welded at the upper end of the base (1); the C-shaped rings (5) are located on the right side of the blocking plate (2); a rotating shaft (3) is rotationally connected to the upper end of the base (1); the rotating shaft (3) is located at inner ends of the C-shaped rings (5); circular covers (4) are fixedly connected at two ends of the rotating shaft (3); an outer end of the rotating shaft (3) is provided with a sleeve rod; a placing plate (6) is fixedly connected at an upper end of the sleeve rod; a placing groove (7) is dug in an upper end of the placing plate (6); a connecting rod (8) is fixedly connected at a back end of the placing plate (6); a sliding plate (10) is fixedly connected to a lower end of the connecting rod (8). The angle of a computer screen can be conveniently adjusted on a teacher's desk, and teaching quality is improved.
