Abstract:
This temperature sensor comprises a single diode, a first adjustment circuit, and a second adjustment circuit. A current flowing into the single diode is adjusted to N/M times a reference current by the first adjustment circuit and the second adjustment circuit. The first adjustment circuit is configured to handle, among the N/M times the reference current, 1/M times the reference current. The second adjustment circuit is configured to handle, among the N/M times the reference current, N times the reference current. M and N are each greater than 1.
