Abstract:
This terminal is for dual connectivity using a first RAT (radio access technology) and a second RAT. The terminal has: a control unit which uses a first power class when a duty cycle is equal to or less than a threshold value, the duty cycle being calculated by multiplying together the duty cycle for the first RAT, a value obtained by dividing the allowable maximum transmission power of a network of the first RAT by the maximum transmission power for dual connectivity corresponding to the first power class, and a ratio indicating the degree of influence of the first RAT in reference to the second RAT and adding this to a value obtained by multiplying the duty cycle for the second RAT by a value obtained by dividing the allowable maximum transmission power of a network of the second RAT by the maximum transmission power for dual connectivity corresponding to the first power class; and a transmission unit for performing uplink transmission to which the first power class is applied.
