Abstract:
A terminal device comprising an upper layer processing unit for receiving a wireless resource control parameter specific to the terminal device that is associated with a transmission band setting, and a reception unit for receiving a downlink shared channel in the active downlink partial bandwidth of a carrier corresponding to the transmission band setting. When the wireless resource control parameter specific to the terminal device is not received, the transmission band setting is given on the basis of at least an initial downlink partial bandwidth.
