A terminal device equipped with a setting unit for setting a first setting, a second setting, and a third setting, wherein: when the first setting and the second setting are set but the third setting is not, the setting unit identifies an uplink subframe capable of PUSCH transmission according to the second setting; the first setting is used in order to determine the correlation between the subframe in which a PDCCH is positioned and the subframe in which a PUSCH corresponding to the PDCCH is positioned; the second setting is used in order to determine the correlation between the subframe in which the PDSCH is positioned and the subframe in which a HARQ-ACK corresponding to the PDSCH is transmitted; and the third setting is used in order to identify the subframe monitored by the PDCCH.
