Abstract:
A first timing comparator (TCP 1) latches a data signal (DQ) at a timing corresponding to the edge of a first strobe signal (STRB1a). A first delay element (D1) delays the first strobe signal (STRB1a) and outputs a first delayed strobe signal (STRB1b). A first clock recovery unit (CDR 1) compares the phases of the first delayed strobe signal (STRB1b) and a clock signal (SSCLK’) and outputs a first standard strobe signal (STRB1c) in which the phases are adjusted so as to match one another. A third delay element (D3) delays the first standard strobe signal (STRB1c) and outputs the signal as a first strobe signal (STRB1). The third delay element (D3) is configured with a delay corresponding to the amount of skew of the data signal (DQ) and the clock signal (SSCLK).
