Description:
Title of the invention: A BAG/CASE THAT CONVERTS INTO A DESK VIA A TELISCOPIC LEG. Field of the Invention: A LAPTOP CARRING CASE, A BACKPACK (BOOKBAG) AND A BRIEFCASE THAT CONVERTS INTO A POTABLE DESK VIA AN EXTENDABLE AND AJUSTABLE (TELISCOPIC) LEG AND A HARD DESK TOP SURFACE THAT CAN BE EXTENDED OUT TO CREATE A LARGER DESK TOP SURFACE WITH AN CUP HOLDER, USB CHARGING STATION AND AN ANTI THEIF UTNIT. BACKROUND OF THE INVENTION- Travelers and commuters have long used Laptop carrying cases, backpacks aka book bags, and briefcases to carry a variety of items. However Laptop carrying c€lses, backpacks aka book bag, and briefcases have been limited in their usage to simply being a carrying and housing unit. All this will change with the Advanced Laptop carrying cases, backpacks aka book bags, and briefcases that can transform into a workable desk via telescopic legs. Consumers can now work on their laptops and do their assignments on their front steps, back porch, at a park sitting on a park bench, on the subway or at aioffee shop. Users' can now charge their phones and other electronic devices from the Advanced Laptop carrying czlses, backpacks aka book bags, and briefcases that has TWO USB charging port and a cup holder all which is NOT readily available on conventional Laptop carrying cases, backpacks aka book bags, and briefcases. A backpack, AND briefcase with a hard surface work table/desk is NOT known in the other patens more specifically, combination backpack and briefcase with a desk top. While prior Laptop carrying cases, backpacks aka book bags, and briefcases fuIfilI their respective, particular objective and requirements, the aforementioned do not disclosed desktop with adjustable legs, extended hard surface desk top, two PORTABLE USB charging port, anti-theft device, a pencil holder on top of student desk and a cup holder. Prior art stopped at solely being a housing unit for books and supplies while mine advanced it by becoming a combination Laptop carrying cases, backpacks aka book bags, and briefoases and work table with a desktop with adjustable legs, extended desk top, PORTABLE USB charging port, anti- theft unit, a pencil holder and a cup holder. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION- THE LAPTOP CARRING CASE, A BACKPACK (BOOKBAG) AND A BRIEFCASE THAT CONVERTS INTO A POTABLE DESK VIA AN EXTENDABLE AND AJUSTABLE (TELISCOPIC) LEGS will serve as a regular LAPTOP CARRING CASE, A BACKPACK (BOOKBAG) AND A BRIEFCASE respectively while also having the ability to transform into a sturdy desk when all four legs on all four sides of unit are used. The telescopic leg will be adjustable to reach different heights to suite each customer comfortably. The base of each leg will have a secure circular base to ensure sturdiness and stability on any and all surface. Each unit will have a comfortable neck and waist harness so The Portable Desk Backpack can be used by a customer standing up and the desk will remain stable and sturdy, two Portable Desk Backpack can be used by a customer standing up and the desk will remain stable and sturdy, two PORTABLE USB charging station so customers can charge their cell phones and other electrical dives as well as a cup holder, and an anti theft device. Each units legs can be extended out and then retracted back and securely locks back into its housing. The Backpack/book bag unit will atso have a retractable desk table that can slide out on each side to extend the size of the desk top to create a larger desk top surface and will have a pencil holder on its desk top surface. The dimeasions of The Backpack as it relates to its length and width will be 17in. and 19in. respectively and can be extended out via a retractable right and left sidewalls ta 23in. and 25in in length and width. The bottoms of the backpack's arnn/shoulder shaps are detachable from the backpacklbook bag whereas the straps won't interfere when the base of the backpack is used as a desk. The Portable Desk Backpack has 5 comparhnents and a desk top base; Comparfrnen#1 is the smallest size compartment made of material used to house pens, pencils, small note pads, make-up and a calculator. Compartment#2is a medium size compartment made of waterproof material and is used to house the charging station and the charging port. It can house small items such as cell phones and keys. Compartment#3 is a lager comparhnent of the backpack which can be used to house notebook pads and folders. Compartm ent#4 is a larger and wider compartment than compartment#3 which can be used to house a number of large books.Compartment#S has a 360 degree zipper so it can cornpletely detach itself &om the Base' Once detached from the base, Comparhnent #5 allows the customer to separate the backpack completely from the desk/table for easier comfort when working on the work desk. But the customer doesn't have to completely detach the Compartmerfi#4 from the base to utilize the desk top. The Base - The base of the backpack is the compartment that rest on the customer's back and will have the arm/shoulder straps and where the adjustable (telescopic) legs are housed. This compartment will be made of material on the outside but made of standards hard "Desk top" material on the inside. This compartrnent will house the retractable table top for the expansion of the Potable Desk work station. This base will also house the cup holder. The Laptop Baglcarrying case dimensions as it relates to its length and width will be the same as standard laptop bags and will vary in size as most laptop bags do and will have four (4) compartments. Compartment #1 (the base) is the compartment where the adjustable legs are housed. This compartment will be made like standard laptop bags except it will have 4 housing units on its bottom for the extendable legs. This base will also house the cup holder. Compartrnent #2 will be made of all material and will be used to house the customer's laptop. Compartment #3 will be made of all material and will be used to house note book pads, reports, and the waist and shoulder straps. Compartment#4 will be made of waterproof material and used to house the PORTABLE USB charging station and for carrying pens, pencils, calculator, keys, charger wires, phones, and anything that can fit in it. The Portable Desk Briefcase will be designed and serve as a regular briefcase with a combination lock on both sides of the briefcase.
