Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a therapeutic agent for hepatic disorders that uses a specific adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cell line (ASCL) and has excellent therapeutic effects on hepatic disorders but can also be stored and then stably supplied. The present invention is characterized by using an adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cell line produced by means of a production method that includes: (A) a step for inducing the differentiation to mature adipocytes of one or more types of cells selected from a stromal vascular fraction from vertebrate adipose tissue that includes mesenchymal stem cells, preadipocytes, and interstitial cells; and (B) a step for inducing the dedifferentiation of the mature adipocytes obtained in step (A) to obtain a vertebrate adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cell line.
