Abstract:
Disclosed are a thermally activated delayed fluorescence compound, a light emitting material and an OLED device. The thermally activated delayed fluorescence compound in the present disclosure is represented by the following general formula (1): wherein x represents an integer of 0-4, each of y and z independently represents an integer of 0-6, and x+y+z=6; and A represents an electron withdrawing group, and each of D1 and D2 independently represents an electron-donating group or hydrogen atom. In the present disclosure, the electron withdrawing group A, the electron-donating groups D1 and D2, and the position of substitution thereof, as well as the values of x, y and z are appropriately selected to construct an organic compound, such that the compound has an energy level difference between a triplet state and a singlet state of less than 0.3 eV, thus has increased electroluminescence quantum efficiency and an extended life. The material in the present disclosure has a low cost and can be synthesized in a relatively simple process, suggesting ample potential and scope of application thereof.
