Abstract:
Provided are a tissue paper or kitchen paper production method and a paper preparation method thereof, comprising the steps of primary drying, wet creping and picking, secondary drying and winding, the paper consists of 20 parts of coniferous fiber, 35 parts of bamboo fiber, 25 parts of bagasse fiber, 0.25wt% of softener, 1.25wt% of wet strength agent, 10.8wt% of kenaf core mixture and 3.6% of immobilized composite fat enzyme, and the paper is creped by wet creping combined with a vacuum paper picking device to ensure the quality of the paper and the problem of paper dust. And the modified kenaf core and immobilized composite lipase are added to the paper, and the optimal addition amount is found, the kenaf core improves the grease absorption performance of the paper, and can further ensure the wet wrinkling and vacuum picking, and ensure the quality of the finished paper.
