The present invention is related to a topical composition that stimulates hair growth. The said topical composition comprise at least one herbal extract, rheology agent and chelating agent. Wherein guar hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride is used as rheology agent and tetrasodium glutamate diacetate is used as chelating agent.
