Abstract:
A touch panel and a touch device comprising the touch panel. The touch panel comprises: a substrate (201); a display function stack (202) located on one side of the substrate (201); and a touch layer (203) located on the side of the display function stack (202) away from the substrate (201). The touch layer (203) and the display function stack (202) are electrically connected to a flexible circuit board (205) by means of a substrate wiring layer (204).
