Abstract:
The present invention relates to a touch sensor module. The touch sensor module comprises: a spacer; a target part positioned above the spacer and formed from a conductive material; and a coil part positioned below the spacer and comprising a first substrate and a plurality of first coils which are aligned side by side along a first direction on the first substrate and in which a coil adjacent to the first direction is wound in the opposite direction. The inductance of the target part and the coil part changes in accordance with a change in the distance between the target part and the coil part, and the touch sensor module detects the change in the inductance.
