Abstract:
A track roller. A roller body (1) comprises guide rails (120) and roller shafts (111), wherein the guide rails (120) at the peripheries of two sides of the roller body (1) and the roller shaft (111) at the centers of the two sides of the roller body (1) are integrally formed with the roller body (1); and a support base (112) is provided between each guide rail (120) and the corresponding roller shaft (111) and formed by a cavity that is formed after the integral forming. A side cover (2) comprises a bearing base (262), a fixing base (242), and a connecting portion (252) that connects the bearing base (262) and the fixing base (242), wherein the bearing base (262), the fixing base (242) and the connecting portion (252) are integrally formed; and the fixing base (242) is at least provided with a fixing screw hole (24) for screw fastening. Two side covers (2) are respectively mounted in the support bases (112). A bearing (3) is supported between an outer peripheral surface of the roller shaft (111) and an inner wall of the bearing base (262), and a chain moves along the guide rails (120) to drive the roller body (1) and the roller shafts (111) to synchronously rotate on an inner ring (302) of the bearing (3), such that the inner ring (302) of the bearing rotates, while an outer ring (301) does not rotate.
