Abstract:
A transfer structure applicable to online weighing comprises: a feeding hopper (1) connected to a lifting device, a weighing device (2) for weighing the feeding hopper (1), and a connection device (3). The connection device (3) comprises: a mounting plate (31), an upper connection pipe (32), and a lower connection pipe (33). The upper connection pipe (32) is flexibly connected (8) to the lower connection pipe (33). The lower connection pipe (33) is for connecting to a feeding apparatus. The upper connection pipe (32) is vertically movable, and provided on the mounting plate (31). A vertically movable support plate (34) driven by a power source (9) is provided on the mounting plate (31). The support plate (34) is used to drive the upper connection pipe (32) to move upwards. The upper connection pipe (32) is correspondingly provided below the feeding hopper (1). When the feeding hopper (1) is moving, the feeding hopper (1) is connected to the upper connection pipe (32) by means of connection facilitating mechanisms (41, 42), and causes the upper connection pipe (32) to separate from the support plate (34). After the feeding hopper (1) is connected to the upper connection pipe (32), the weight of the upper connection pipe (32) is added to the weight of the feeding hopper (1), and in a weighing process, the weight of the feeding hopper (1) is acquired in real time by subtracting the weight of the upper connection pipe (32). The structure minimizes the effect of material transfer on the accuracy of the weighing device (2), and resolves the issue in which existing pharmaceutical apparatuses cannot perform accurate online weighing when transferring a material.
