Abstract:
It is possible to provide a transmission control device and a transmission control
method capable of suppressing irregularities or a delay of video and audio even
if the communication is temporarily interrupted by a handover or a weak electric
field state and recovering the communication. The transmission control device
includes: a communication control unit (22) for selectively communicating
with a plurality of base stations and transmitting video data and audio data in
a preset transmission unit; and an interruption detection unit (15) for detecting
a period when the communication is temporarily interrupted. The communication
control unit (22) discards the video data and the audio data of the period when
the communication is temporarily interrupted.
