Abstract:
The present invention relates to a horizontally transporting device of high load such as vessels, bridges, and machinery etc. that transports a large volumed framework or launches vessels manufactured on land to the sea for horizontally transporting a framework with low power using a pulling or another pushing device, which includes an oil cylinder(1) for maintaining the balance of the framework in moving; a moving supporter(2) for supporting the load and being easily moved horizontally; an air control valve(3) for supplying the compressed air or high pressure nitrogen; a piston seal(4) for preventing the leakage of the compressed air added to the moving supporter(2); an oil injector(5) for injecting the liquid oil like the silicon oil to a skidway(6) to form the oil film; a skidway(6) for making smooth transportation which acts as a sliding pathway, the transporting device of the invention solves the problems of unsmoothness of the movement of the framework, difficulty in control, and necessity of more power in moving in transferring the framework of high load, which is directed to this invention that the framework is moved easily with low power regardless of the load to maintain the balance of that and to sustain the load firmly by minimizing a coefficient of friction with the bottom side of the skidway thereby.

Claims
1. In a transporting device having a skidway on a upper portion of which a framework is horizontally moved wherein several transporting devices are loaded under a large volumed framework like a vessel according to the magnitude and weight of the framework and are pulled or pushed by a pulling or another pushing device, the improvement comprising: an oil cylinder(l) for moving up and downward under the framework(9), a moving supporter(2) for moving horizontally, a air control valve(3) for from the outside compresser supplying the compressed air or high pressure nitrogen , a piston seal(4) for moving with the moving supporter(2), a skidway(6) acting as a sliding board; wherein the compressed air or high pressure nitrogen from the air control valve(3) which is injected to the passage(22, 23) of the moving supporter(2) and the passage (43, 44, 45) of the piston seal(4) below, is incoming to the skidway(6) to form the air chamber(46) for pushing the bottom side(62) of the skidway(6) and lifting the lower side of the piston seal(4) upward, which minimizes the friction coefficient to the bottom side(62) of that, thereby the framework(9) is horizontally moved easily with low power regardless of high load using a transferring device such as a winch, with the framework(9) being sustained by not one supporter but several parts such as oil pressure cylinder(l), moving supporter(2), piston seal(4), and air chamber(46).

The transporting device according to 1, wherein a main body(l 1) having the structure in that oil pressure cylinder(l) operates up and down by oil pressure is connected with the fixture(21a) of the moving supporter(2) on upper portion of the main body(21), the oil valve(12, 13) for injecting and exhausting of oil is mounted on the side of the main body(l 1) which is moved upward in transporting the framework(9), and the main body sustains upward by the distance that moved according to oil pressure generated by supplying the oil into the oil valve(12) and exhausting that into the oil valve(13), accordingly that supports the load from the framework(9) after upward moving of itself, reversely the main body(l 1) is moved downward by the oil pressure generated by supplying the oil into the oil valve(13) and exhausting that into oil valve(12), and the loading plane(14) for loading the framework(9) is furnished in one body on upper side of the main body(l 1).

The transporting device according to 1, wherein the load of the framework(9) additionally is sustained by the compressed air or high pressure nitrogen flowing to the spacing area(26) thru the passage(22) since the moving supporter(2) sustains the load of framework(9) and the spacing area(26) to which compressed air or high pressure nitrogen flows from air control valve(3) is formed on one side of the body(21), the passage(24) thru which the air for proper air pressure is ex hausting and the air exhaust port(25) are formed on the other side of the main body(21), the compressed air or high pressure nitrogen beyond the normal is exhausted to the outside thru the air exhaust port(25), and the guide roller(27, 28) of roll type which operates on the inner side wall(63, 64) of the skidway(6) is mounted on both sides of the body(21) for moving smoothly, it is possible to intake the dust or a mote on the bottom side of the skidway(6) by mounting several indraft port(7) on piston seal(4).

The transporting device according to 1, wherein the compressed air or high pressure nitrogen injected by the air control valve(3) thru inlet port(32) which is flowing to the passage(22) of the moving supporter(2) thru the connecting tube(33a) reaches to a predetermined pressure, then the supply of the compressed air or high pressure nitrogen is cutoff, thereby the compressed air or high pressure nitrogen is supplied to the passage(23) of the moving supporter(2) thru the connecting tube(33) until reached to a predetermined pressure for maintaining the fixed pressure in transporting the moving supporter(2), and the body(31) is mounted on the mounting plane(34) formed on upper side of the moving supporter (2).

The transporting device according to 1, wherein the oil injector(5) which consists of the body(51, 52), the inlet port(53, 54) and the exhausting port(55, 56), is mounted at both side of the piston seal(4) for making the moving supporter(2) move smoothly, that makes the liquid oil like silicon oil be extracted on bottom side of the skidway(6).
6. The transporting device according to 1, wherein forming the sidewall(63, 64) on both side of the skidway prevents outer derailment during transportation and that can make the operation of the guide roller(27, 28) detached to the side of the moving supporter(2) possible, whereas the pushing or pulling device such as a winch can be fixed thereon.

Description

TRANSPORTING DEVICE OF HIGH LOAD

Technical Field

[1] The present invention relates to a horizontally transporting device of high load, and more specifically, a transporting device that transports a large volumed framework or launches vessels manufactured on land to the sea, after loading several transporting devices on the lower portion of a framework to be moved according to the magnitude and weight of the framework, in horizontally moving the transporting device by using a pulling or a pushing device such as a winch, a moving portion having the framework moves on the upper portion of a skidway by the compressed air or high pressure nitrogen, then the lower side of the moving portion is lifted a little to minimize a coefficient friction between the bottom side of the skidway and that of the moving portion, thereby the framework is moved easily with low power regardless of the load to maintain the balance of that and to sustain the load firmly for preventing destruction of the framework.

[2] Generally, in manufacturing a large volumed-framework such as a vessel, it is accommodated another big dock on the sea cause of large volumed structure, and after manufacturing the vessel within said dock, the vessel launches to the sea, which arises the problems of the extra expenses and the time required in founding the dock apart, but recently, without another dock a system for conveying the vessel onto the sea is used after making the vessel on load, the system comprising: establishing a plurality of supporters in shape of pillar at several points on land, manufacturing the vessel at the top, establishing the moving part with a wheel onto the top of the rail after mounting the rail under a planted vessel, pushing the outer surface of the vessel by using a pushing device such as a winch, thereby to reach the towboat on the sea that results in on-sea launch.

Disclosure of Invention

Technical Problem

[3] Accordingly, a horizontally transporting device of the present invention moves horizontally with low power by using the pushing device or the pulling device such as a winch after establishing several transport devices under large volumed vessels as such, which is directed to this invention that upholds the load of the framework strongly in moving and makes horizontal transportation safely.

[4] Up to now, the transporting device transfers the framework horizontally by driving the wheels on the top of the rail, after mounting several rails and wheels under the

framework. However, rails are distorted according to the concentrated load of wheels in transferring the framework of high load. That causes the problems of unsmoothness of the movement of the framework, difficulty in control, and necessity of more power in moving. Especially, not supporting the load of the framework under loading of the framework leads to a break away externally during transportation.

[5] Moreover, for solving the problems aforementioned, by using a pulling device such as a winch or another pushing device and skidway i.e. sliding plane, a transporting device which shifting the moving portion at the top of a skidway gives improper transportation that the moving portion frictionizes the bottom of the skidway by high load of the framework when moving. For preventing this, injecting grease on bottom side of the skidway for smoothness has no sliding effect on grease where the framework moves in the states that the moving portion sticks to the bottom side of skidway by high load. As being difficult to spray the grease constantly on the bottom side of that, the problem of hardening grease in usage and troublesomeness of spray job arises where transportation of framework being not easy, thereby to distort and crash the framework by losing its balance for not sustaining the load of the framework.

Technical Solution

[6] The present invention provides a transporting device, wherein after loading several transporting devices on the lower portion of a framework to be moved according to the magnitude and weight of the framework, in horizontally moving the transporting device by pushing or pulling that using a pulling or a pushing device such as a winch, a moving portion having the framework moves on the upper portion of a skidway by the compressed air or high pressure nitrogen, then minimizing a coefficient of friction between the bottom side of the skidway and that of the moving portion, thereby the framework is moved easily with low power regardless of the load to maintain the balance of that and to sustain the load firmly for preventing destruction of the framework.

Advantageous Effects

[7] As described above, the transporting device of the present invention solves the problems of unsmoothness of the movement of the framework, difficulty in control, and necessity of more power in moving in transferring the framework of high load, which is directed to this invention that the framework is moved easily with low power regardless of the load to maintain the balance of that and to sustain the load firmly by minimizing a coefficient of friction with the bottom side of the skidway thereby.

[8] It is to be understood that the above detailed description of preferred embodiments of the invention are provided by way of example only. Various details of design, construction and procedure may be modified without departing from the true spirit and

scope of the invention, as set forth in the appended claims.

[16] To achieve this object and other advantages and in accordance with the purpose of the invention, as embodied and broadly described herein,

[17] As shown in Fig. 1, a horizontally transporting device of high load includes; an oil cylinder(l) which is moved up and downward for maintaining the balance of the framework and for sustaining the load of that, as shown in Fig. 1, when horizontally moving the framework by using a pulling or another pushing device; a moving supporter(2) for supporting the load and being moved horizontally; an air control valve(3) for from the outside compresser supplying the compressed air or high pressure nitrogen; a piston seal(4) for supporting the load by the compressed air and for preventing the leakage of the compressed air added to the moving supporter(2), thereby to minimize the friction coefficient to the upper part of the skidway(6); an oil injector(5) for injecting the liquid oil like the silicon oil between the piston seal(4) and the skidway(6) to form the oil film which helps smooth moving; a skidway(6) for making smooth transportation, which acts as a sliding pathway.

[18] As shown in Fig. 2, a main body(l 1) having the structure in that the oil pressure cylinder(l) operates up and down by oil pressure is connected with the fixture(21a) of the moving supporter(2) on upper portion of the main body(21) to move in/outward of the fixture(21a). The oil valves(12, 13) for injecting and exhausting of oil are mounted on the side of the load supporter(8) which is moved upward in transporting the

framework(9). The main body supports upward by the distance that main body(l 1) moves according to oil pressure generated by supplying the oil into the oil valve(12) and exhausting that into the oil valve(13).

[19] Accordingly, the body(l 1) supports the load from the frame work(9) after upward moving of itself, reversely the main body(l 1) is moved downward according to oil pressure generated by supplying the oil into the oil valve(13) and exhausting that into the oil valve(12). Also, a load plane(14) for loading the framework(9) is furnished in one body on upper side of the main body(l 1).

[20] Referring now to Fig. 2 and 3, the main body(21) of circular type sustains the load of the framework(9) at lower portion of oil-pressure cylinder(l) and the moving supporter(2) having passage(22, 23) formed on side and inner of the main body(21) is positioned. Since the compressed air or high pressure nitrogen from the outside compresser thru passage(22) is flowing into the space(26), the main body(21) moves upward by adding predetermined pressure to the upper side(42) of the piston seal(4) positioned in lower side of the body, additionally the body(21) sustains upward the load of framework(9) by compressed air, at the same time, on reaching at fixed pressure the supply of the compressed air is cut-off, then the compressed air or high pressure nitrogen from the outside flows thru said passage(23).

[21] As shown in Fig. 2 and Fig 4, the compressed air or high pressure nitrogen from the passage(23) flows thru passage(43, 44, 45) positioned in the main body(41) of piston seal(4) of circular type, which makes an air chamber(46) between the moving supporter(2) and the skidway(6) i.e. sliding plane. That pushes the bottom side(62) of the skidway(6), accordingly the main body(41) of the piston seal(4) is pushed up to create a fixed gap between the bottom of the skidway(6) and the lower side of piston seal(4). Therefore, by getting air floating effect, the main body additionally sustains the load of the framework(9) and minimizes a coefficient of friction in that the piston seal(4) is moving at the upper side of the skidway(6) for smooth movement.

[22] Turning now to Fig. 1 and 2, the air control valve(3) which consists of the body(31), the inlet port(32) and the connecting tube(33, 33a) can inject the compressed air or high pressure nitrogen on the upper side of the main body(21). The connecting tube(33) is fixed with the fixture(35) after mounting the body(31) of the air control valve(3) to the setting assembly(34).

[23] The compressed air or high pressure nitrogen which is injected thru the inlet port(32) from the outside compresser is flowing to passage(22, 23) thru the connecting tube(33, 33a). The passage(24) thru which the air for proper air pressure is exhausting and the air exhaust port(25) are fixed to the fixture(36) on the other side of the main body(21), the compressed air or high pressure nitrogen beyond the normal is exhausted to the outside thru the air exhaust port(25). The guide roller(27, 28) of roll type which

operates on the inner side wall(63, 64) of the skidway(6) makes the moving supporter(2) move smoothly.

[24] The compressed air or high pressure nitrogen injected by the air control valve(3) thru inlet port(32) from the outside compresser which is flowing to the passage(22) of the moving supporter(2) thru the connecting tube(33a) reaches to a predetermined pressure, then the supply of the compressed air or high pressure nitrogen is cut-off. Hence the compressed air or high pressure nitrogen is supplied to the passage(23) of the moving supporter(2) thru the connecting tube(33) until reached to a predetermined pressure. That makes the fixed pressure to be maintained when the moving supporter(2) is moving.

[25] The oil injector(5) which makes the moving supporter(2) move smoothly on upper side of the skidway(6) at both side of the piston seal(4) consists of the body(51, 52), the inlet port(53, 54) and the exhausting port(55, 56). The oil film formed on between the piston seal(4) and bottom side(62) of the skidway(6) i.e. moving pathway minimizes the contacting gap of the piston seal(4) and the skidway(6) as the piston seal(4) moves, since the oil injector(5) injects liquid oil like the silicon oil thru the inlet port(53, 54), as shown in Fig. 5, and exhausts that to the bottom of the skidway(6) thru the exhausting port(55, 56) formed on inner side of the body(51), that minimizes the leakage of high pressure nitrogen and compressed air.

[26] The skidway(6) which makes the shift of the moving port easy prevents outer derailment by forming the sidewall(63, 64) on both side of the body(61) and can make the operation of the guide roller(27, 28) detached to the side of the moving supporter(2) possible, the sidewall can be used to fix the pushing or the pulling device such as a winch.

[27] Also, in answer to a need, as shown in Fig. 6, for cleaning of the bottom(62) of the skidway(6) when moving, it is possible to intake the dust or a mote on the bottom side of the skidway(6) by mounting several indraft port(7) acting as cleaner on the piston seal(4).

[28] In the aforementioned constitution, in horizontally moving the framework using a pulling or another pushing device such as a winch, loading several transporting device(lθ) of this invention according to magnitude and weight of the framework(9) on the lower part of the framework(9) to be transported, supporting the body(l 1) upward by the distance that moves the body(l 1) due to oil pressure of the oil pressure cylinder(l), sustaining the load from the frame work(9) after upward moving of the body(ll), thereby continuously maintaining the horizontality of the framework(9), the balance of the framework(9) is maintained during transportation.

[29] The compressed air or high pressure nitrogen from the air control valve(3) which is injected to the passage(22, 23) of the moving supporter(2) and the passage (43, 44, 45)

of the piston seal(4) below, is incoming to the bottom side(62) of the skidway(6) to form the air chamber(46) for additionally supporting the load of the framework(9) and lifting a little the lower side of the piston seal(4) upward, which minimizes the friction coefficient to the bottom side(62) of the skidway(6) acting as sliding board below, thereby the framework(9) is horizontally moved easily with low power regardless of high load using a pulling or another pushing device such as a winch.

[30] In addition, as the framework(9) is sustained by not one supporter but several parts such as the oil pressure cylinder(l), the moving supporter(2), the piston seal(4), and the air chamber(46), it can stand the load firmly.

Industrial Applicability

[31] As described above, the transporting device of the present invention solves the problems of unsmoothness of the movement of the framework, difficulty in control, and necessity of more power in moving in transferring the framework of high load, which is directed to this invention that the framework is moved easily with low power regardless of the load to maintain the balance of that and to sustain the load firmly by minimizing a coefficient of friction with the bottom side of the skidway thereby.
