Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of organic wastewater treatment, and specifically, to a treatment method for isooctyl thioglycolate production wastewater and a treatment apparatus thereof. A granular activated carbon-loaded Fe catalyst is used as an adsorbent and filled into an adsorption tower in advance; the isooctyl thioglycolate production wastewater flows through the adsorption tower, and organic matters in the wastewater are fully adsorbed by the adsorbent to implement the separation of the organic matters from salts in the wastewater; the wastewater then enters an evaporation apparatus for desalinization; distilled water is condensed and then reused as reclaimed water; and an evaporation mother liquor passes through a salt removal filter to obtain a solid salt as a by-product for sale. In the present invention, after salt-containing organic wastewater is adsorbed and desalinized, the COD removal rate of the distilled water is above 99%, and the TOC content in the solid salt is very small. According to the treatment apparatus of the present invention, two adsorption towers A and B are alternately used; after the adsorption tower A reaches adsorption saturation, the temperature is raised and air is introduced to perform catalytic oxidative degradation; and the wastewater enters the adsorption tower B to separate the organic matters from the salts, such that the apparatus can run continuously.
