Abstract:
Novel compounds represented by the general formula (I); a process for the production thereof; and organic electroluminescent devices made by using the same: (I) wherein R1 to R6 are each independently hydrogen or a substituent represented by the general formula (II), with the proviso that at least one of R1 to R6 is a substituent represented by the general formula (II): - C ≡ C - SiRaRbRc (wherein Ra, Rb, and Rc are each independently an aliphatic hydrocarbon group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms or an aromatic hydrocarbon group).
